Distilled Spirits
We use premium Ecuadorian cocoa beans and roasted hazelnuts from Piedmont as the foundation for these exquisite spirits.

Berry Brandies
From 100 kilograms of berries, we obtain just 3.5 liters of the finest brandy. Intensely aromatic with a long, lasting finish.

Blood Orange & Mandarin
Using fully ripe, untreated fruit from Sicily, we distill our Blood Orange and Mandarin.
The fruits macerate for several weeks before undergoing a gentle distillation process.
Vintage Grappas
These fine grappas mature for at least three years in French oak barrels. During this time, they not only develop their characteristic golden hue, but also wonderful notes of caramel and honey.

Gin
The Unique Gin from South Tyrol
With great passion, the recipe for our St. Urban South Tyrolean Gin was created. Wonderful Mediterranean citrus aromas and a distinctive freshness greet the nose.
On the palate, the taste is clear and pure, unfolding into an enchanting juniper character.
Since February 2022 awarded as „Best Italian Classic Gin“.
Rum
Crafted from premium sugarcane molasses from Nicaragua.
Twice gently distilled in copper stills and then matured for several years in Rosenmuskateller barrels. The aroma is intense, with notes of dried fruit and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is sweet, long-lasting, and remarkably smooth.
Single Malt
The secret of the St. Urban Single Malt lies in its maturation: aged in Gewürztraminer Passito barrels, this whisky made from pure spring water and barley malt develops its unmistakable character. Subtle smoky notes, gentle malt sweetness, and wonderful fruitiness come together to create a truly exceptional tasting experience.
